Perfect BalanceFor me the essence of living an interesting life is to grow and learn new things. Getting to know ourselves and living in balance with our nature is the first place to start. Reaching and maintaining a balance is a never-ending quest which I am determined to win as I believe that our internal balance is something that determines how we perceive the world and helps us to find our place in the middle of all the chaos surrounding us. In this section I`ll share my road signs on the way to personal discovery and balance.

PlaygroundI have learned that spontaneity and creative expression are means to rediscover and get connected to our inner selves. Furthermore, it is a source of fresh inflow of vital energy and of course- one of the most authentic ways to have true fun! Here I`ll share what I am playing with (currently photography and painting) as well as ideas for things that you can do yourself as well as good sources of inspiration and tips.
InspirationThere are things that make us stop and merge with the present moment, that feed our souls and make us realize that life is simply beautiful. In this section I`ll share the little and bigger things that make my heart sing and give me fuel to smile. Hopefully they would make you smile as well ;)

ExperiencesLocations, destinations, experiences… Isn`t the best way to live life to experience it spontaneously having trust that it unfolds in the best way for us? Everybody goes through difficult moments that make us look back and gain strength and positive energy from the fun experiences that we had. This will be my collection of soul-warmers and also a posting board for ideas for cool new experiences.

Good FoodFood is not only our fuel for life, it also gives life a better taste. Healthy food that is also delicious is a great interest of mine and something that I hope I`ll get better and better at. I`ll share my favorites recipes as well as recommendations for great places to eat healthy and websites with useful information on the topic.
