enormously happy to hear that people enjoy reading it and find the articles interesting! I am super new to blogging myself but of course I don`t mind giving you tips :)I might also write a post about that later on when I`m a bit more experienced:
So here are the tips:
– strike the right balance between having a template that is easy to set up and something that you find beautiful
– think about what you want to communicate through the blog
– content is important. try to post regularly (at least once a week).
